Statutory rights

Consumers buying in the EU have statutory rights regarding goods that are not as described, not fit for purpose, or not of satisfactory quality. Those rights apply regardless of any commercial guarantee we offer.

Commercial guarantee

The exact length and terms of the SmartParkClock commercial guarantee are being finalised and will be published here before orders open. We will not advertise a guarantee period that is not contractually in place.
