Right of withdrawal

Consumers buying at a distance in the EU generally have a right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. The full return policy, including any extended return window we choose to offer, is published here before orders open.

Condition of returned items

Returned devices should include the mounting system, remote and quick-start guide. Please keep the packaging until you are sure you are keeping the product.
