Responsible use

Using a parking clock correctly is the driver's responsibility.

Parking regulations vary by country, municipality and parking operator. SmartParkClock must always be used in accordance with applicable local parking rules.

What this means in practice

  • Check what the local rules require before you rely on any parking clock, including SmartParkClock.
  • Some places require a specific type or format of parking disc. SmartParkClock does not override those requirements.
  • The displayed time should reflect your actual arrival time as required by the rules that apply where you park.
  • Private parking operators may set their own conditions that differ from municipal rules.

Remote time changes

SmartParkClock supports changing settings from the app and the wireless remote. That capability does not make any particular use permitted. We make no claim that adjusting a displayed parking time remotely is allowed in any specific country, municipality or parking facility.

No universal approval claimed

We do not claim regulatory approval, certification or universal legal acceptance anywhere. Any certification information will be published only once formally obtained.
